Public offer agreement fأو PDFأدوات service.

1. موضوع العرض

ИП AOM (the "Provider") offers any natural أو legal person (the "Client") access to the PDFأدوات software-as-a-service product on the terms set out below. Acceptance of this offer is the act of paying any subscription fee أو using any paid feature.

2. الاشتراكات والأسعار

Lite — 2 500 ₸/month
Pro — 4 500 ₸/month
Team — 24 500 ₸/month

Prices include VAT where applicable. Yearly pre-payment receives a 16.7% discount (10 months fأو 12).

3. الدفع

Card payments are processed by Plexy (KZ) with Kaspi/Halyk acquiring. Bank transfers و ESF are accepted fأو legal entities.

4. تقديم الخدمة

التفعيل تلقائي عند نجاح الدفع. يلتزم المزوّد بـ99.5% توفر شهري. تتجاوز انقطاعات الخدمة 8 ساعات متتالية تخوّل العميل ائتماناً تناسبياً.

5. الإلغاء

The Client may terminate the subscription at any time from the account dashboard أو by emailing billing@pdftools.rexlama.kz. The current paid period remains active until its end.

6. الاسترداد

Refund requests within 14 days of first payment are honأوed in full if usage was below 10 operations. After that, refunds are pro-rated to days remaining in the period. See the Refund & Payment Terms page fأو details.
