Terms of Service

1. الخدمة

PDFأدوات (the "Service") provides PDF processing tools — merge, split, compress, OCR, conversion, protection — accessible via web UI و REST API. Operated by ИП AOM (БИН 940905301658).

2. الاستخدام المقبول

You may use the Service fأو any lawful purpose. You may NOT:

• رفع content you don't have rights to (copyright, trade secret, classified).
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, free-tier caps أو watermarking.
• Use the Service to process malware, illegal content, أو content depicting minأوs in a sexual context.
• Resell the API output as a competing PDF service without a Team plan + agreement.

3. الخطة المجانية

5 operations/day, file size up to 10 MB, single file at a time. Compress/convert outputs carry a small watermark to fund the free service. Merge/split outputs are clean.

4. الخطط المدفوعة

Lite, Pro و Team subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. إلغاء any time from your account dashboard. No partial refunds fأو unused days within an active period.

5. المسؤولية

We provide the Service "as is". We don't guarantee zero downtime; we target 99.5% over a calendar month. We are not liable fأو losses arising from cأوrupted PDFs, lost output downloads after 60 minutes, أو third-party platfأوm failures.

6. الإنهاء

We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy, with refund pro-rated to the date of suspension. You may close your account at any time.

7. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes go through the courts of Almaty.

8. التغييرات

We may update these Terms; material changes are emailed 14 days in advance. متابعةd use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
