Public Offer

1. Subject of the offer

ИП AOM (the "Provider") offers any natural or legal person (the "Client") access to the PDFTools software-as-a-service product on the terms set out below. Acceptance of this offer is the act of paying any subscription fee or using any paid feature.

2. Subscriptions and prices

• Lite — 2 500 ₸/month
• Pro — 4 500 ₸/month
• Team — 24 500 ₸/month

Prices include VAT where applicable. Yearly pre-payment receives a 16.7% discount (10 months for 12).

3. Payment

Card payments are processed by Plexy (KZ) with Kaspi/Halyk acquiring. Bank transfers and ESF are accepted for legal entities.

4. Service delivery

Activation is automatic on successful payment. The Provider commits to 99.5% monthly uptime. Service interruptions exceeding 8 consecutive hours entitle the Client to a pro-rated credit.

5. Cancellation

The Client may terminate the subscription at any time from the account dashboard or by emailing billing@pdftools.rexlama.kz. The current paid period remains active until its end.

6. Refunds

Refund requests within 14 days of first payment are honored in full if usage was below 10 operations. After that, refunds are pro-rated to days remaining in the period. See the Refund & Payment Terms page for details.
