Refund & Payment Terms
How payment, renewal and refunds work.
Accepted payment methods
- Kaspi Gold cards
- Halyk Bank cards
- Visa / Mastercard / Mir
- Bank transfer with ЭСФ for legal entities (Team plan only)
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month. Cancel at any time from /account/ — access lasts until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
- First-time subscribers: 14-day refund window. If usage is below 10 operations, refund is full.
- After 14 days: refunds are pro-rated to the number of days remaining in the period, paid out within 5 working days.
- Refunds for the Team plan with ESF are credited back to the originating bank account.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry once after 24 hours. If the second retry fails, the account is downgraded to Free at end of the paid period — no service interruption mid-cycle.
Disputes and chargebacks
Open a chargeback only after contacting billing@pdftools.rexlama.kz — most issues are resolved within 1 working day.
Tax
ИП AOM applies the Kazakhstan simplified tax regime. ESF (Электронная Счёт-Фактура) is issued on request to legal entities on the Team plan.
