ИП AOM (the "Provider") offers any natural या legal person (the "Client") access to the PDFटूल software-as-a-service product on the terms set out below. Acceptance of this offer is the act of paying any subscription fee या using any paid feature.

2. सदस्यताएँ और कीमतें

• Lite — 2 500 ₸/month
• Pro — 4 500 ₸/month
• Team — 24 500 ₸/month

Prices include VAT where applicable. Yearly pre-payment receives a 16.7% discount (10 months fया 12).

3. भुगतान

Card payments are processed by Plexy (KZ) with Kaspi/Halyk acquiring. Bank transfers और ESF are accepted fया legal entities.

4. सेवा प्रदान

सफल भुगतान पर स्वचालित सक्रियण। प्रदाता 99.5% मासिक अपटाइम का वादा करता है। 8 घंटे से अधिक की लगातार बाधा पर ग्राहक को आनुपातिक क्रेडिट का अधिकार।

5. रद्दीकरण

The Client may terminate the subscription at any time from the account dashboard या by emailing billing@pdftools.rexlama.kz. The current paid period remains active until its end.

6. वापसी

Refund requests within 14 days of first payment are honयाed in full if usage was below 10 operations. After that, refunds are pro-rated to days remaining in the period. See the Refund & Payment Terms page fया details.
