Terms of Service

1. सेवा

PDFटूल (the "Service") provides PDF processing tools — merge, split, compress, OCR, conversion, protection — accessible via web UI और REST API. Operated by ИП AOM (БИН 940905301658).

2. स्वीकार्य उपयोग

You may use the Service fया any lawful purpose. You may NOT:

• अपलोड content you don't have rights to (copyright, trade secret, classified).
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, free-tier caps या watermarking.
• Use the Service to process malware, illegal content, या content depicting minयाs in a sexual context.
• Resell the API output as a competing PDF service without a Team plan + agreement.

3. मुफ्त स्तर

5 operations/day, file size up to 10 MB, single file at a time. Compress/convert outputs carry a small watermark to fund the free service. Merge/split outputs are clean.

4. भुगतान वाली योजनाएँ

Lite, Pro और Team subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. रद्द करें any time from your account dashboard. No partial refunds fया unused days within an active period.

5. दायित्व

We provide the Service "as is". We don't guarantee zero downtime; we target 99.5% over a calendar month. We are not liable fया losses arising from cयाrupted PDFs, lost output downloads after 60 minutes, या third-party platfयाm failures.

6. समाप्ति

We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy, with refund pro-rated to the date of suspension. You may close your account at any time.

7. नियामक कानून

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes go through the courts of Almaty.

8. परिवर्तन

We may update these Terms; material changes are emailed 14 days in advance. जारी रखेंd use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
