ИП AOM ( "Provider")fers any natural 或 legal person ( "Client") access to PDF工具 software-as-a-service product on terms set out below. Acceptance thisfer 是 act paying any subscription fee 或 using any paid feature.

2. 订阅与价格

• Lite — 2 500 ₸/month
• Pro — 4 500 ₸/month
• Team — 24 500 ₸/month

Prices include VAT where applicable. Yearly pre-payment receives 16.7% discount (10 months 12).

3. 付款

Card payments 是 processed by Plexy (KZ) with Kaspi/Halyk acquiring. Bank transfers 和 ESF 是 accepted legal entities.

4. 服务交付

成功付款后自动激活。提供商承诺 99.5% 月度可用性。连续中断超过 8 小时,客户有权获得按比例补偿。

5. 取消

The Client may terminate subscription at any time from account dashboard 或 by emailing billing@pdftools.rexlama.kz. The current paid period remains active until its end.

6. 退款

Refund requests within 14 days first payment 是 hon或ed in full if usage was below 10 operations. After that, refunds 是 pro-rated to days remaining in period. See Refund & Payment Terms page details.
