1. 我们是谁

PDF工具 是 service operated by ИП AOM, БИН (ИИН) 940905301658, registered at Казахстан, г. Алматы, 10 МКР, дом 7А/1.

2. 我们收集什么

• 账户邮箱和密码哈希（Argon2id）。
• Files you upload — only duration processing + 60 minutes.
• Server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) kept 14 days security 和 debugging.
• Subscription state (plan, billing reference) kept while you have active subscription + 3 years tax rec或ds.

3. 我们不收集什么

• Contents your files — y 是 never indexed, scraped, 或 used to train any model.
• Tracking cookies advertising. We use one session cookie login 和 one CSRF cookiems — that's it.
• Phone numbers (we don't ask m).

4. 你的数据在哪里

应用服务器位于阿拉木图（哈萨克斯坦）。文件存储在 Cloudflare R2 上，TTL 60 分钟。无美国东部入口。

5. 共享

We sh是 datwith: our payment provider (Plexy/Kaspi/Halyk) purchase confirmation; our email provider (Postmark) transactional mail. We do not sell, rent, 或 trade your data.

6. 你的权利

• Request copy your account data.
• Request deletion your account at any time — files purge immediately, billing rec或ds remain 3 years per KZ tax code.
• Object to any processing — write to privacy@pdftools.rexlama.kz.

7. 安全

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM encryption at rest on R2, Argon2id passw或d hashing, ClamAV scon upload, rate limiting on every API endpoint.
