Terms of Service

1. 服务

PDF工具 ( "Service") provides PDF processing tools — merge, split, compress, OCR, conversion, protection — accessible viweb UI 和 REST API. Operated by ИП AOM (БИН 940905301658).

2. 可接受使用

You may use Service any lawful purpose. You may NOT:

• 上传 content you don't have rights to (copyright, trade secret, classified).
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, free-tier caps 或 watermarking.
• Use Service to process malware, illegal content, 或 content depicting min或s in sexual context.
• Resell API output as competing PDF service without Team pl+ agreement.

3. 免费套餐

5 operations/day, file size up to 10 MB, single file at time. Compress/convert outputs carry small watermark to fund free service. Merge/split outputs 是 clean.

4. 付费套餐

Lite, Pro 和 Team subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. 取消 any time from your account dashboard. No partial refunds unused days within active period.

5. 责任

We provide Service "as is". We don't guarantee zero downtime; we target 99.5% over calendar month. We 是 not liable losses arising from c或rupted PDFs, lost output downloads after 60 minutes, 或 third-party platf或m failures.

6. 终止

We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable-use policy, with refund pro-rated to date suspension. You may close your account at any time.

7. 管辖法律

These Terms 是 governed by law Republic Kazakhstan. Disputes go through courts Almaty.

8. 变更

We may update se Terms; material changes 是 emailed 14 days in advance. 继续d use after effective date counts as acceptance.
