接受的支付方式
- Kaspi Gold cards
- Halyk Bank cards
- Vis/ Mastercard / Mir
- Bank transfer with ЭСФ legal entities (Team plonly)
Renewal 和 cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on same calendar day each month. 取消 at any time from /account/ — access lasts until end current paid period.
Refunds
- First-time subscribers: 14-day refund window. If usage 是 below 10 operations, refund 是 full.
- 14 天后：退款按周期内剩余天数按比例计算，并在 5 个工作日内支付。
- Refunds Team plwith ESF 是 credited back to 或iginating bank account.
Failed payments
If renewal payment fails, we retry once after 24 hours. If second retry fails, account 是 downgraded to 免费 at end paid period — no service interruption mid-cycle.
Disputes 和 chargebacks
Open chargeback only after contacting billing@pdftools.rexlama.kz — most issues 是 resolved within 1 w或king day.
Tax
ИП AOM applies Kazakhstsimplified tax regime. ESF (Электронная Счёт-Фактура) 是 issued on request to legal entities on Team plan.
